1. Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. You may initiate a return within 30 days if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.

2. Eligibility Criteria

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
  • Proof of purchase (Order ID or Invoice) is required.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom printed / DIY / Personalized T-shirts and products
  • Undergarments, socks, and hygiene-related items
  • Safety clothing and workwear that has been worn
  • Clearance, sale, or discounted items (unless defective)
  • Items returned after 30 days

4. Refund Process

  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your bank statement depending on your payment provider.

5. Defective, Damaged or Wrong Item

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will cover the return shipping cost and provide a full refund or replacement at no extra charge.

6. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us via email at business@lixcat.com with your Order ID and reason for return.
  2. Receive Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
  3. Securely pack the item in its original packaging.
  4. Ship the package to the address provided in the return authorization email.

7. Return Shipping Responsibility

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or wrong item).

8. Important Disclaimers

  • All returns are subject to inspection and approval upon receipt.
  • We reserve the right to deny a return if the item does not meet our return policy conditions.
  • Partial refunds may be issued for items that are returned in used or damaged condition.
  • We do not accept returns sent without prior authorization.
